settlement of affiliate commissions via networks — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;

4. Cookies and affiliate links

The Service uses essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies. Links in the Service may be affiliate links: after you click, a partner network may set a cookie identifying that you reached the store via Flare. This lets us earn a commission on a purchase — your price does not change. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser.

5. Data recipients

Hosting provider, analytics tool providers, and affiliate networks (e.g. Admitad, Awin, MyLead, Webepartners and others) through which commissions are settled. Some providers may process data outside the EEA — only with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Logs and technical data — up to 12 months. Contact data — until the matter is resolved and any related claims are time-barred. Cookies — according to their validity period.
