1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the website at flare.deals (the “Service”), operated by M-Tech Ihor Vashchenko, NIP 5272802029 (the “Operator”). The Service is informational — it aggregates and presents deals, promotions and discount codes of online stores.

2. Definitions

  • Deal / discount code — information about a promotion or code at a third-party seller.
  • Seller — a third party running the store that links in the Service point to.
  • Affiliate link — a link through which the Operator may earn a commission.

3. Rules of use

Use of the Service is free of charge. The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law and good practice. Content in the Service does not constitute an offer.

4. Affiliate links and remuneration

The Service contains affiliate links. If you make a purchase at a Seller after clicking such a link, the Operator may earn a commission. Your price stays the same. Content of an advertising nature is labelled.

5. No guarantee of accuracy

Prices, availability and conditions of deals are set solely by the Seller and may change or expire at any time. The Operator makes efforts to keep information current but does not guarantee its accuracy or availability. Before buying, verify the price and terms directly with the Seller. The Operator is not the seller of the presented goods and is not a party to the contract between the User and the Seller.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damage resulting from the use of deals, the actions of Sellers, or the unavailability of the Service. Complaints regarding purchases should be directed to the relevant Seller.

7. Intellectual property

The Service’s layout, trademarks and own materials are protected. Sellers’ trademarks belong to their owners and are used for informational purposes.

8. Complaints and contact

Comments about the Service can be sent to: contact@flare.deals. We reply within a reasonable time.

9. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law. The Operator may amend the Terms for important reasons; the current version is published on this page.
